Terms of Service + Billing & Refund Policy

1) Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2) The Service

PAAAL Coach helps users create and work a personal plan through goals, actions, and reflections. The Service may change over time, and features may be added, removed, or updated.

3) Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Service only for lawful purposes.

4) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the Service (including attempting to disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass security)
  • Use the Service for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activity
  • Upload or submit content you do not have the right to use

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violate these terms or if required to protect the Service or other users.

5) Purchases: credits (one-time packs)

5.1 What you are buying

The Service offers one-time credit packs (“Credits”). Credits are used to access paid features within the Service.

Credits:

  • Are delivered digitally
  • Have no cash value
  • Are not transferable unless we explicitly allow it

5.2 Payments & processor

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

5.3 Delivery

Credits are typically delivered immediately after successful payment. If you do not receive credits, contact support@mypaaal.com and include the email used at checkout and any receipt details.

5.4 Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated at checkout.

6) Billing & Refund Policy (case-by-case)

Because Credits are delivered immediately and may be used right away, refunds are handled case-by-case.

If you believe a purchase was made in error (for example, an accidental duplicate purchase) or you experienced a billing issue, contact support@mypaaal.com as soon as possible.

When reviewing refund requests, we may consider factors such as:

  • Whether the purchase appears accidental or duplicative
  • Whether any Credits from the purchase have already been used
  • Whether there is evidence of fraud or misuse
  • The time elapsed since purchase

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to the original payment method via Stripe
  • Any unused Credits tied to that purchase may be revoked to prevent double benefit

Chargebacks / disputes

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, we may temporarily suspend access while we investigate and work with Stripe to resolve the issue.

7) Pricing changes

We may change the price of credit packs at any time. Pricing changes do not affect Credits already purchased.

8) User content

You may be able to enter content such as goals, actions, reflections, and notes (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a limited license to host and process your User Content solely to operate and improve the Service.

9) Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy: Privacy Policy.

10) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

PAAAL Coach provides coaching and planning support content. It is not medical, legal, or financial advice.

11) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues.

12) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access as described above, including for violations, fraud, or chargebacks.

13) Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
